Returns/ Exchanges Policy

If you aren’t happy with your new purchase please contact us immediately, we’ll be more than happy to discuss whatever issues you may have with your order & come to a solution!

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges when customers select the incorrect sizes of clothing.

As the buyer you assume all risks when choosing the sizes of your purchases. To help you in selecting the correct size, we’ve made size charts available for each of our products.

We can not be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to incorrect destination information or missing information. That is the customers responsibility so make sure you fill in accurate information.

Our policy is valid for 1 full month so if you have any issues with the product you purchased from us you would need to contact us within the one month period. If 1 month has passed since you received the product/s, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange(if you meet the criteria for a refund/exchange of course) so you would need to get back to us within the one month period.

 

CHANGES TO ORDERS OR CANCELLATION:

After your order has been placed, you have no more than 8 hours to email us (info@a2dapparel.com) and request a change in your order or a cancellation. After 8 hours, we would have already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes or to cancel the order.

 Email us with:

  • Name and email on the order
  • Order number
  • The changes that you would like to be made

 

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDER:

We do our best to ensure that we produce high quality products every time, however, if your product meets the following criteria please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:

  • The product itself is damaged or flawed in any way
  • The quality of the print is of a poor standard
  • The product you ordered is different from the product displayed on our website

 In case of one of the above mentioned issues, simply send us your order number & a few photos of the purchased item clearly displaying the issue you have with it. Please contact us by email (info@a2dapparel.com) & we will arrange a reprint for you.

 

ORDER NOT RECEIVED:

For orders within USA, If your item has not arrived within 28 days (or 45 days for customers outside USA) please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note this policy does not include errors made by customers who provided incorrect or missing shipping details on their order and/or missed parcel deliveries.



RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

Since our product was specifically printed for you, we do not take returns. We will however exchange items for the reasons already mentioned above.

 Please make sure that:  

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 day period
  • The product is unwashed, hasn’t been worn & is completely unused
  • The product is defective in any way, the printing is flawed or the product is not what you actually ordered.
